Principals and heads
The academic side, without chasing four registers
Attendance in one book, marks in another, homework in a WhatsApp group, and a parent on the phone asking why nobody told them. This is about closing those gaps.
What usually goes wrong
- Low attendance noticed only when a term ends
- Result compilation eating the week before report cards go out
- Teacher timetable clashes discovered in the first week of term
- Parents who say they were never informed
Attendance you can act on the same day
Teachers mark the register in class, monthly summaries surface low attendance, and parents of absent students can be messaged the same morning. Holidays and day-offs appear by name rather than as unexplained absence.
Exams from question paper to report card
Build papers with marks validation, print award sheets, and bring completed sheets back in by PDF text or OCR with a human review gate before anything is written. Then a whole-class result sheet in A4 landscape, and report cards for the section in one print.
Timetables that refuse to clash
Ordered periods and breaks, teacher and class conflicts caught before saving, printable class and teacher views, and substitution handling when a teacher is absent.
Messaging with a record
Target by campus, class, section or selected students, preview the recipient count and readiness, then send to the portal, by SMS or both. Delivery history shows what actually arrived.
Reports you will live in
Each report is granted per role, and filters follow campus, class and section scope.
