What we believe about school software
Software should match how the office already works
The fee register, the attendance register and the exam sheets exist for good reasons. We did not ask schools to abandon that structure, we put it on one ledger so the numbers stop disagreeing with each other.
A feature you have not paid for should not exist
When a module is switched off it disappears from navigation, from the APIs and from settings. Not greyed out with an upgrade prompt.
Permissions are a safety feature, not an admin chore
A class teacher has no business seeing payroll. That is enforced on the server with campus, class and section scope, so it holds even if somebody guesses a URL.
Nobody should retype 600 student names
Import with preview validation and row-level errors, opening balances at a cutoff date you choose, and a rollback that refuses to run once later payments depend on the data.
The team
SchoolPortal is a small team based in Lahore. The person who answers your first WhatsApp message is the person who sets your school up and stays on the line through your first fee cycle.
