Pricing
Priced on your size, not a sticker
Schools differ enough that a public price list would mislead you. What follows is exactly how the pricing is built, so you can work out roughly where you land before you ever speak to us.
- Student count. The main lever. Plans carry a student limit and per-student charging.
- Modules. Fees and attendance are the common starting point. Payroll, question papers, award sheets and portals are separate switches.
- Campuses. One school with three campuses is one subscription, not three.
- Setup of classes, sections, fee heads and your grading scheme
- Import of your existing student list from Excel or CSV
- One training session for accounts, class teachers and the principal
- WhatsApp support through your first full fee cycle
- Software updates while your subscription is active
- SMS credits, which you buy from your own provider and we connect
- Legacy fee history migration beyond opening balances, quoted per school
- On-site training outside your city
- Custom report development
Listed here rather than buried, so nothing on the invoice is a surprise.
How much paperwork is your school doing?
Drag to your student count. These are just the volumes that follow from it, not a savings estimate.
Pricing questions
Because the honest answer depends on your student count and which modules you switch on. Publishing one number would either overcharge a 200 student school or undersell a group of campuses. Tell us the two figures on a call and you get a real quote in that call, not a follow-up email.
School plans carry pricing, student limits and per-student charging fields, so it can be structured either way depending on your size. Most schools find per-student fairer because it tracks your own growth.
Your plan has a student limit attached to it. Passing it is a conversation about moving up a plan, not a service cut-off in the middle of a fee cycle.
Portals are feature switches on your plan rather than a per-login charge. If a plan includes the parent portal, every family on your roll can use it.
An expired subscription revokes school sessions and returns users to the login screen. Your data is not deleted at that moment, and you can export students, fees and results at any time while active. Take those exports before you let a subscription lapse.
Setup, data import and the first training session are part of onboarding rather than a separate invoice. Large legacy migrations are the exception and get quoted on their own.
