Who we are

SchoolPortal.pk ("we", "us") provides school management software to schools in Pakistan through this website (schoolportal.pk) and the portal at app.schoolportal.pk, together with the admin, parent and student mobile apps. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and how we protect it.

Information you give us on this website

When you book a demo, ask for a quote, request app access or open the live demo, we ask for your name, WhatsApp number, school name and city, and optionally an email address and message. We use this only to contact you about SchoolPortal.pk. Leads are stored on our own server in Pakistan and copied into our sales CRM.

We record the page you came from and any campaign tags in the link (utm parameters) so we know which of our adverts work. We do not sell or rent your details to anyone.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets one cookie only after you unlock the live demo, so you do not have to fill the form again. We use privacy-friendly, cookie-less analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. Cloudflare Turnstile may run on forms to block bots; it does not track you across sites.

School data inside the portal

Student, family, staff, attendance, examination and fee records entered into the portal belong to the school. We process them only to run the service for that school and never use them for advertising. Each school decides which users and roles can see which records, and can export its data to Excel at any time.

Messages to parents are sent through the official WhatsApp Cloud API, SMS gateways and push notifications. Phone numbers are shared with those providers only to deliver the message the school sends.

Security and retention

All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS). Data is backed up daily. Passwords are stored hashed. Website leads are kept for as long as we are in conversation with a school and deleted on request. School data is kept for the life of the subscription and returned or deleted within 30 days of cancellation.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Parents and students should contact their school first, since the school controls their records; we help the school fulfil the request.
