Connect your own number
Your school connects its own WhatsApp Business account and phone number through the official WhatsApp Cloud API. Parents see your school's name, not ours.

Generate, then send
A fee voucher is produced as a PDF and sent to the guardian number — one student, or a whole class in a single action. Receipts go the same way once a payment is recorded.

See what arrived
Delivery is recorded against each student, so the office can tell who received a voucher and who did not, instead of guessing from a call log.

What it costs, honestly
WhatsApp charges per conversation at Meta's published rate; SchoolPortal.pk does not add a margin to it. You pay the provider directly, and we set the account up with you during onboarding. There is no per-message fee from us and no minimum volume.
