The terms that govern use of SchoolPortal.pk.

The service
SchoolPortal.pk is a subscription service for schools. A subscription covers one school (with the number of campuses agreed in the quote), unlimited staff logins within the agreed roles, and the parent and student portal and apps for that school’s families.
Fees and payment
Subscription fees are quoted per school in Pakistani rupees and invoiced monthly or annually as agreed. Message costs for SMS and WhatsApp are billed at the provider’s rate. If an invoice remains unpaid for 30 days we may suspend logins until it is settled; school data is never deleted for late payment.
Your responsibilities
The school is responsible for the accuracy of the data it enters, for keeping logins confidential, for assigning roles sensibly, and for having the right to store and message the families it adds. Do not use the service to send unsolicited marketing.
Availability and support
We aim for the portal to be available around the clock and announce planned maintenance in advance. Support is available on WhatsApp and phone during working hours, in English and Urdu. Guided setup and training are included with every subscription.
Data ownership and cancellation
Your school owns its data. You can export it at any time. Either side may end the subscription with one month’s notice; we return a full export and delete the school’s data within 30 days of the end date, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Liability and law
We provide the service with reasonable care but cannot guarantee it will be error-free. Our liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees paid in the previous twelve months. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
